I just logged into my Wells Fargo account and I saw this: We sold our house and now we owe nothing to anyone! At least until we buy another house.
Today we accepted an offer on our house. It’s a lot less than we paid for it 5 years ago, but at least we won’t have to keep making payments on a house we don’t live in. Closing will be by 12/4. And then we will be DEBT FREE. Not a penny owed to anyone [...]
